Make this recipe your own by filling it with ingredients of your choice! You can add deli meat, cheese, veggies, tofu, grilled chicken, tuna salad ... the list goes on! Add your favorite condiments for extra flavor! These wraps make a great low-carb, gluten-free alternative to a typical wrap or sandwich.

INGREDIENTS (Turkey Lettuce Wraps)

  • 4 leaves from iceberg lettuce (peel carefully off the head of lettuce to keep the curved shape intact)

  • 2 tbsp hummus

  • 2 tbsp Yellow mustard

  • 4 slices deli turkey

  • 4 slices provolone cheese (or sliced cheese of your choice)

  • 2 tbsp hummus

  • 4 slices tomato

  • 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 cucumber, deseeded and thinly sliced

  • Optional: other sliced veggies of your choice

  • Toothpicks (4)


  1. Lay out one lettuce leaf.

  2. Spread ~ 1/2 tbsp hummus and 1/2 tbsp mustard on each (does not need to be exact)

  3. Layer with deli meat, cheese, and sliced veggies.

  4. Roll up from one end to the next and secure with toothpick.
