Can we just take a moment to appreciate the fact that wellness retreats are totally having a moment right now. Thank God people are finally waking up to the idea that self-care isn't selfish. It's necessary! And you know what? If you're ever in need of a break, why not focus on improving our holistic health? I heard they've got some amazing options, like a wellness retreat Brisbane.
