  • Focused on helping you build a better relationship with food through inclusivity, not exclusivity

  • Designed to encourage you to get close to your food through cooking and adopting a mindfulness towards eating

  • Aimed at helping you find the joy in eating, not the stress

  • Focused on eating whole, minimally or unprocessed foods

This Plan Is Not:

  • A "detox" program

  • A weight loss program, though some may find that they lose weight 

  • Focused on fad diets or quick fixes

To Get Started:

  • Pick your plan below - either vegetarian or pescatarian (includes some fish)

  • Once you complete your payment, your 4 week meal plan will be available to download

  • This will include some general instructions + your plan, recipes, and shopping lists

  • Once your purchase is complete, Nora will reach out to schedule a weekly check in

A few things to note:

  • This plan contains a variety of different foods and ingredients. If you have a known food allergy or intolerance, it is your responsibility to avoid that allergen and swap it for a different ingredient.

  • This plan was designed to include a variety of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and other important nutrients such as fiber, protein, fat, and carbohydrates. If you are taking any medications that may interact with food or have any medical conditions, including, but not limited to diabetes and heart disease, please consult with your health care provider before beginning.
